Improvement solutions for your business
Yishiwashing Laundry Experts are a multidisciplinary team of professionals, made up of experts in laundry management, engineers and specialists in washing processes, among others, with extensive experience in the sector who are dedicated to evaluating, designing and offering solutions to improve any laundry business. Thus, these technicians propose the methods and tools necessary for our clients to obtain the maximum performance from their business, improving the quality of their services and reducing costs.
They do this, for example, by optimising operations and consumption, installing advanced equipment, introducing more effective processes and/or through training of laundry staff. So, how exactly do Laundry Experts work?
How Laundry Experts Work
These professionals work by applying a system that consists of two main stages. The first is called “analysis” in which the Laundry Experts carry out all the field work. They visit the facilities to carry out an in-person diagnosis, and all the necessary data and aspects are collected and analysed. From here, a report is produced with all the elements and factors collected to meet their improvement objectives.
Once this report has been submitted, the second stage corresponds to the execution of the project through the proposal and implementation of specific improvements. The training and versatility of the people who make up this team of experts allows them to obtain a global vision of the laundry and to be able to provide and apply solutions in multiple fields such as: washing processes, logistics and stock management, making technical diagnoses of machinery or how to carry out preventive-corrective maintenance, analysing how the laundry is being managed as a whole, carrying out an energy and consumption audit, implementing management software, carrying out financial studies or organising training programmes, among many other options.
